NOTICE OF DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Armed Forces and Police Savings & Loan Association, Inc (AFPSLAI) declares a dividend rate of 18% per annum or 4.50% for the 4th quarter of 2011.

Dividend payout / release of checks representing excess CCA will be given starting 25 January 2012, Wednesday.
