AFPSLAI Mobile App

The AFPSLAI Mobile App gives you access to view the balances of your deposit and loan accounts. You may also apply for loans and open a new savings deposit (SD) account. However, final processing shall be done at the Branch Offices.


  1. Member proceeds to the Membership Section.
  2. Member submits duly filled out Registration Form, which is available in all Branch and Satellite Offices, as well as in the website.
  3. Membership Staff encodes request in the system.
  4. Member waits for SMS (text message) that will be sent by AFPSLAI which includes the User ID and temporary password needed to log in the app.
  5. Member downloads the AFPSLAI Mobile App (available in App Store and Google Play Store).
  6. Member logs in using the User ID and temporary password sent by AFPSLAI.

Q: Can I access the AFPSLAI Mobile App abroad?
A: Yes, you can use the new mobile app anywhere in the world as long as you are connected to the internet. Please contact your telecommunications provider for applicable fees.

Q: Is there a fee in using the new AFPSLAI Mobile App?
A: None. The new AFPSLAI Mobile App is free, but using it requires internet connection/data. If you are not connected to the internet, you may incur data charges. Please contact your telecommunications provider for applicable fees.

Q: What is One-Time Pin?
A: One-Time Pin (OTP) is a security code that is only valid for one transaction i.e. password change, SD and loan applications) sent to your registered mobile number. You will be required to input an OTP to confirm and complete your transactions. The OTP is valid for only five (5) minutes.

Q: How many characters should comprise my password?
A: Your password should have at least eight (8) characters, consisting of capital and small letters, special characters and numbers.

Q: Can I install the app in various devices?
A: Yes, you may install the app in multiple devices and access your account from any of those. However, for your protection, your OTP will only be sent to your registered mobile number.

Q: How often are my balances updated?
A: Your available balance is real-time and will change throughout the day based on your activities.

Q: Can I get my transaction history though AFPSLAI Mobile App?
A: You can get the last five (5) transactions performed. Transaction history is available for deposit accounts only

Q: What is the meaning of the items being posted on your Mobile App?

Q: What should I do if I forgot my user ID and password? If my device got lost or stolen? If I wanted to discontinue my registration?
A: You may visit any Branch Office to fill out a Change Form in order to change your information, rest your user ID/password, lock your account, or cancel your registration.

Q: What is the meaning of “Available Balance” in deposit accounts?
A: For Capital Contribution Account, Available Balance is the account’s actual balance less Php 1,000 minimum maintaining balance and Back-to-Back Loan (if any).

For Savings Deposit and Savings Deposit Remittance Accounts, Available Balance is the account’s actual balance less the minimum maintaining balance of Php 100 and Php 1,000, respectively.

Q: Why can’t I access the app on a weekend?
A: Currently, our app is available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except on holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Q: Is using the AFPSLAI Mobile App safe?
A: AFPSLAI employs the latest security measures and technology to make sure that your app experience is both safe and hassle-free.

Q: Do I need to uninstall the app when I download an updated version?
A: No, there is no need to uninstall the original downloaded app. It will be updated to the current version once you click the update button.
